Allah Almighty is As-Salaam in the sense that He grants safety to His worshipers. The creation of man and everything that surrounds him affirms this meaning. For instance, the bones of the body grow continuously, but they stop at a certain point, and this is a profound wisdom, and a Divine mercy bestowed upon us.

Dear brothers, As-Salaam is the name that signifies peace. Allah Almighty is As-Salaam, the One who grants peace. Al-Jannah (Paradise) is the abode of peace and a place of safety, free from all the hardships of the earth.

Allah Almighty is As-Salaam because, when you follow His guidance, He instills peace in your soul, allowing you to reconcile with yourself, your Lord, and those around you. A believer’s relationships are successful, good, and cordial. He is friendly and generous to others because he is committed to Allah’s guidance and understands what belongs to him and what does not.
