In the Name of Allah, The Most Gracious, Most Merciful

If man returns to Allah with sincere repentance, Allah makes the angels and all people on the earth forget his sins. Actually, sincere repentance erases all sins. However, there are three types of sins: The sins that are between man and Allah are forgiven when he turns to Allah with sincere repentance, the sins that are related to wronging people cannot be forgiven unless the rights of those people are given back, and they forgive those who have wronged them, and the third type is Shirk (associating others in worship with Allah) which is the unforgiveable sin.
As for the sins that are related to people's rights, pay attention to this Hadith, please:

(( (Salama bin Al-Akwa narratec: …Then a third dead man was brought and the people said (to the Prophet (peace be upon him) ), please lead his funeral prayer." He said, "Has he left any wealth?" They said, "No." He asked, "Is he in debt?" They said, ("Yes! He has to pay) three Diners', He (refused to pray and) said, "Then pray for your (dead) companion." Abu Qatadah said, "O Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him)! Lead his funeral prayer, and I will pay his debt." So, he led the prayer. The following day, the Prophet, peace be upon him, asked Abi Qatadah, "Have you paid his debt?" Abu Qatadah replied, "No. not yet." On the third day, the Prophet, peace be upon him, asked Abi Qatadah, "Have you paid his debt?" Abu Qatadah replied, "No. not yet."  On the fourth day, the Prophet, peace be upon him, asked Abi Qatadah, "Have you paid his debt?" Abu Qatadah replied, "Yes, I have", to which the Prophet, peace be upon him said, "His soul will be at peace now.")     ))
