Tricks used to avoid applying Islamic rulings:

What did children of Israel do?
They dug large pits along the coast as traps so that the fish would come into them on Saturday, and then they collected them on Sunday.
This was a trick to avoid the ruling that prohibits them from working on Saturday.
Unfortunately, many Muslims are doing the same today. There are numerous tricks used to evade Islamic rulings; only the labels have changed.
Interest on money deposited in Banks is prohibited, so some people try to call it "benefit" instead of "interest". However, no matter what label is used, it remains a Riba-based loan.
This is a sneaky attempt to make what is Haram appear as Halal.
Take for example "Bay' al-'Inah" (sale and buy-back agreement or double sale):
According to this trick, a single bag of rice may be sold a hundred times in one day. A person buys it for 1000 as a debt, then immediately sells it to his friend for 800 in cash. In reality, he receives only 800, but in the records, it is written as 1000. This process is repeated, so the same bag of rice may be sold 100 times in one day, and the same is repeated for many years.
"Bay' al-'Inah" is Haram because it is a trick to engage in what is prohibited.
