In the Name of Allah, The Most Gracious, Most Merciful

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Praise be to Allah, the Lord (The One and Only) of the Worlds, and blessings and peace be upon our Master Muhammad and upon his Noble Folks and Companions.

Remaining patient while performing the acts of obedience and worship requires efforts. You are Divinely assigned to perform Wudu, and Salah, and so you should wake up at dawn to perform Fajr Salah, and you should lower your gaze and watch your language:

(( Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "… another one speaks a word displeasing to Allah without considering it of any importance, and for this reason he will sink down into Hell for seventy falls."))

[ [At-Tirmithi, on the authority of Abi Huairah] ]

You remain patient when you obey Allah (by abiding by what He orders you to do and refraining from what He forbids you to do), you remain patient when you stay away from sins, and you remain patient when you accept Allah's Qada' and Qadar (the Divine Will and Decree), like when being afflicted with the loss of sight or when you are tested with having an intractable disease. This is how man remains patient upon receiving Qada' and Qadar. The most impressive saying regarding this point is: "Being pleased with Allah's seemingly bad Decree is the highest rank of certainty."

You should remain patient when you get to know Allah the Almighty, when you obey Him, and when you call people to believe in Him:

(( (The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "Convey from me even an Ayah of the Qur'an…) ))

[ [Al-Bukhari and At-Tirmithi, on the authority of Ibn Amr] ]

After you listen to a Friday sermon or watch a symposium on television about a religious issue, or after you read a wonderful book about Islam, you should pass on to others your understanding of what you listened to and what you read about. You should pass that on to the closest people to you, including your wife, your children, your partner, your colleague at work, and your relatives on holidays, for example.

Hence, you can convey what you have learnt to a relative, a colleague, a partner, family and children and so on. In fact, when someone spends his time getting people to know Allah the Almighty, he will be elevated in Allah's Sight.
