Friday Sermons (1188): Injustice will be darkness on the Day of Resurrection, s2. Three kinds of injustice

In the Name of Allah, The Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Kinds of injustice

1. Human injustice towards his Lord:

Dear Brother, the subject of our sermon today is that injustice will be darkness on the Day of Resurrection. Actually, there are three kinds of injustice: the first type is when man does injustice to his Lord, and that happens when he disbelieves in Allah the Almighty, Allah the Almighty says in the noble Qur'an:

"And it is the disbelievers who are the Zalimun (wrong-doers, etc.)"

[Al-Baqarah, 254]

That happens when man denies the existence of Allah or when he associates partners with Him in worship through partly worshipping other than Him. Allah the Almighty says:

"Verily! Joining sh3er in worship with Allah is a great Zulm (wrong) indeed."

[Luqman, 13]

Thus, this is the first kind of injustice.

2. Injustice man does towards himself

The second kind of injustice is when man wrongs himself by following his illicit desires, leaving the Islamic duties, and committing sins and evil deeds. Allah the Almighty says:

"And We wronged them not, but they used to wrong themselves."

[Al-Nahl: 118]

3. Doing injustices towards other creatures

The third kind is: doing injustice to other servants of Allah, or even to other creatures, by taking sh3er’ wealth illegally, by beating, cursing, abusing, taking the right of the weak who are unable to defend themselves, and by shedding the blood of an innocent person with no right which is the most serious act of injustice. But how then does a person kill another with full right?  The noble ayah below shows us an example of killing a person with right, Allah the Almighty says:

"And there is (a saving of) life for you in Al-Qisas (the Law of Equality in punishment), O men of understanding"

[Al-Baqarah: 179]

So the killer should be killed, and the one in charge who kills him is doing it with right.
Dear brother, one scholar said: "No drop of blood has been shed on the earth since the time of Adam till the Day of Resurrection, but a human being will be held responsible for it on the Day of Resurrection." Therefore, it was narrated that a Muslim remains in good condition in the Sight of Allah as long as he doesn’t shed blood, and this is addressed to all parties.

Shirk (Polytheism) is the first reason behind injustice

Dear brother, Shirk (Polytheism) in its wide meaning is the first reason for injustice, so when man thinks that he is so powerful that he can harm sh3er, or shed their blood without being held accountable for that, then he suddenly becomes aware when it is too late that he is weak, that he has lost all the means of power in one moment, that he becomes (after death) under the grip of Allah, and that Allah never leaves him in vain, then he will fully realize the meaning of the noble ayah below:

" And man was created weak "

[An-Nisa: 28]

Also, he will really realize the meaning of the following noble ayah:

" Nay, when (the soul) reaches to the collar bone (i.e. up to the throat in its exit),* And it will be said: "Who can cure him and save him from death?"* And he (the dying person) will conclude that it was (the time) of departing (death);* And leg will be joined with another leg (shrouded)* The drive will be, on that Day, to your Lord (Allah)!* So he (the disbeliever) neither believed (in this Qur'an, in the Message of Muhammad ) nor prayed!* But on the contrary, he belied (this Qur'an and the Message of Muhammad ) and turned away!* Then he walked in full pride to his family admiring himself!* Woe to you [O man (disbeliever)]! And then (again) woe to you!* Again, woe to you [O man (disbeliever)]! And then (again) woe to you!"

[Al-Qiyamah, 26-35]

The evidence is mentioned in the noble ayah below:

"Does man think that he will be left Suda [neglected without being punished or rewarded for the obligatory duties enjoined by his Lord (Allah) on him]?*Was he not a Nutfah (mixed male and female discharge of semen) poured forth?*Then he became an 'Alaqa (a clot); then (Allah) shaped and fashioned (him) in due proportion.* And made him in two sexes, male and female.*Is not He (Allah Who does that), Able to give life to the dead? (Yes! He is Able to do all things)."

[Al-Qiyamah, 36-40]

The most stupid man is he who never fears Allah

It is complete stupidity not to fear Allah, and to do whatever you want thinking that you will not be held responsible for it, and to forget about the concept of Tawhid (Allah's Oneness) which is the essence of the religion of Islam. Actually, one of the fundamental facts of Tawhid is that everything happens according to the Will of Allah, however I want to clarify to you the fact that the meaning of the statement: (Anything happens according to Allah's Will ) is that Allah allows it to happen even if He has not enjoined it, or even if He is not pleased with it, and that is in accordance with His Absolute Deep Wisdom which some people realize while sh3er do not. Actually, it does not harmonize with the Divine Dignity that something happens against His Will, it is just like a doctor who permits surgeons to perform an operation on his beloved son even though he does not like it. Thus, the meaning of Allah's Will is that He permits something to happen even if He does not enjoin it or He is not pleased with it.

Misfortune carries an implied Divine Message to people

 Allah the Almighty says:

"If they (Jews) belie you (Muhammad) say you: "Your Lord is the Owner of Vast Mercy, and never will His Wrath be turned back from the people who are Mujrimun (criminals, polytheists, sinners, etc.)."

[Al-An'am, 147]

Which means: Out of Allah's Mercy, He afflicts His servants with some trials so that they turn to Him in repentance, hence these trials happen according to His deep Wisdom. Had not that occurred, it would have indicated imperfection in Allah's Wisdom. Allah the Almighty says:

"And if (We had) not (sent you to the people of Makkah) in case a calamity should seize them for (the deeds) that their hands have sent forth, they should have said: "Our Lord! Why did You not send us a Messenger? We should then have followed Your Ayat (Verses of the Qur'an) and should have been among the believers."

[Al-Qasas, 47]

That means the calamities which afflict believers are in their favor, as it was said: After every adversity, a believer gets closer to Allah, and after every trial there is a gift from Allah the Almighty. When did the Night Journey (Al-Israa and Al-Miraj) took place? It was after the tribe of Quraish caused a lot of harm to the Prophet PBUH, then this night journey took place as a Divine Response to the Prophet PBUH who was treated roughly by the people of the earth, then he was honored in the Heavens. Thus, this rule is related to believers: After every adversity, a believer gets closer to Allah, and after every trial there is a gift from Allah.

This noble ayah carries the precise meaning that adversity is a message from Allah the Almighty, and the real success is to comprehend the meaning of it:

"And if (We had) not (sent you to the people of Makkah) in case a calamity should seize them for (the deeds) that their hands have sent forth, they should have said: "Our Lord! Why did You not send us a Messenger? We should then have followed Your Ayat (Verses of the Qur'an) and should have been among the believers."

[Al-Qasas, 47]

Tawhid never annuls responsibility

Dear brother, the following saying which is a basic principle in the Islamic creed: Everything happens according to the Will of Allah the Almighty, means that He allows it to happen even if He has not enjoined it or is not pleased with it, and whatever Allah wants will happen, and His Will is related to the ultimate wisdom, and the ultimate wisdom is related to ultimate goodness.
The Islamic understanding of injustice annuls the feeling of malice, and oppression, nevertheless, it never annuls the obligation of repelling injustice in legal ways, and the proof of that is the incident of the slander; when the mother of believers Mrs. Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her, the chaste and pure lady, was wrongly accused against her chastity, Allah the Almighty says:

"Verily! Those who brought forth the slander (against 'Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) the wife of the Prophet ) are a group among you. Consider it not a bad thing for you. Nay, it is good for you."

[An-Nur: 11]

This severe hardship is too hard for any believing women to bear, Allah the Almighty says: "Nay, it is good for you. Unto every man among them will be paid that which he had earned of the sin" Now pay attention to this:

" And as for him among them who had the greater share therein, his will be a great torment."

[An-Nur: 11]

So, understanding the hardship from an Islamic standpoint does not annul the punishment of its doer," And as for him among them who had the greater share therein" Allah the Almighty depicts the incident of slander as a good matter, "Nay, it is good for you", then Allah the Almighty says:

"And as for him among them who had the greater share therein, his will be a great torment."

[An-Nur: 11]

This means that Tawhid (believing that everything happens according to Allah's Will) does not abolish the responsibility.

Tawhid does not abolish the responsibility of the tyrant

Dear brother, I want to repeat this again: understanding injustice from an Islamic standpoint does not abolish the responsibility of the oppressor, as it was mentioned in the previous ayah, nor does it eliminate the right of resisting oppression, nor does it abolish the punishment of the tyrant, Allah the Almighty says:

"And as for him among them who had the greater share therein, his will be a great torment."

[An-Nur: 11]

 Allah the Almighty says:

"And those who, when an oppressive wrong is done to them, they take revenge.* The recompense for an evil is an evil like thereof, but whoever forgives and makes reconciliation, his reward is due from Allah. Verily, He likes not the Zalimun (oppressors, polytheists, and wrong-doers, etc.).* And indeed whosoever takes revenge after he has suffered wrong, for such there is no way (of blame) against them.* The way (of blame) is only against those who oppress men and wrongly rebel in the earth, for such there will be a painful torment.* And verily, whosoever shows patience and forgives that would truly be from the things recommended by Allah."

[Ash-Shura, 39-43]

Tawhid abolishes the feeling of oppression

Dear brother, understanding injustice from an Islamic standpoint annuls the bitter feeling of oppression, abolishes the destructive hatred and the haphazard revenge, because the believer never attacks with violence. Allah the Almighty says:

"Or is he not informed with what is in the Pages (Scripture) of Musa (Moses),* And of Ibrahim (Abraham) who fulfilled (or conveyed) all that (what Allah ordered him to do or convey),* That no burdened person (with sins) shall bear the burden (sins) of another."

[An-Najm: 36-38]

You shouldn't make the innocent bear the sins of the guilty:

"That no burdened person (with sins) shall bear the burden (sins) of another."

[An-Najm: 38]

The ayah below teaches us how to behave well towards the current events, Allah the Almighty says, Allah the Almighty says:

"And that man can have nothing but what he does (good or bad),* And that his deeds will be seen,*Then he will be recompensed with a full and the best recompense* And that to your Lord (Allah) is the End (Return of everything).* And that it is He (Allah) Who makes (whom He wills) laugh, and makes (whom He wills) weep;* And that it is He (Allah) Who causes death and gives life;"

[An-Najm: 39-44]

Thus, understanding injustice from an Islamic point of view prevents the random revenge, and promotes that someone demands the due right which Allah the Almighty has legislated in His Noble Book, Allah the Almighty says:

"And those who, when an oppressive wrong is done to them, they take revenge.* The recompense for an evil is an evil like thereof, but whoever forgives and makes reconciliation, his reward is due from Allah. Verily, He likes not the Zalimun (oppressors, polytheists, and wrong-doers, etc.).

[Ash-Shurah, 39-40]

When to forgive and make reconciliation

The commentators of the Noble Qur'an said that if you think that forgiving the one who has caused harm to you and making reconciliation with him, will most likely make him repent to Allah and get closer to Him, then you should forgive him and you will receive your reward from Allah, Allah the Almighty says:

"But whoever forgives and makes reconciliation"

[As-Shurah, 40]

So, forgive him and your reward is due from Allah, Allah the Almighty says:

"Verily, He likes not the Zalimun (oppressors, polytheists, and wrong-doers, etc.) * And indeed whosoever takes revenge after he has suffered wrong, for such there is no way (of blame) against them. * The way (of blame) is only against those who oppress men and wrongly rebel in the earth, for such there will be a painful torment. * And verily, whosoever shows patience and forgives that would truly be from the things recommended by Allah."

[Al-Shurah, 40-43]

Allah the Almighty has unlimited knowledge

If someone asks: Does Allah the Almighty not know what is happening (to the believers)? Surely he knows, and if someone asks: Is Allah not able to prevent the tyrant from committing atrocity against the weak? Of course He is able to do that, Allah the Almighty says:

"So, when you meet (in fight Jihad in Allah's Cause), those who disbelieve smite at their necks till when you have killed and wounded many of them, then bind a bond firmly (on them, i.e. take them as captives). Thereafter (is the time) either for generosity (i.e. free them without ransom), or ransom (according to what benefits Islam), until the war lays down its burden. Thus [you are ordered by Allah to continue in carrying out Jihad against the disbelievers till they embrace Islam (i.e. are saved from the punishment in the Hell-fire) or at least come under your protection], but if it had been Allah's Will, He Himself could certainly have punished them (without you). But (He lets you fight), in order to test you, some with sh3er. But those who are killed in the Way of Allah, He will never let their deeds be lost,*He will guide them and set right their state.* And admit them to Paradise which He has made known to them (i.e. they will know their places in Paradise more than they used to know their houses in the world).* O you who believe! If you help (in the cause of) Allah, He will help you, and make your foothold firm.* But those who disbelieve (in the Oneness of Allah Islamic Monotheism), for them is destruction, and (Allah) will make their deeds vain"

[Muhammad, 4-8]

Also, if someone asks: Is it believable that Allah the Almighty does not care about the believers' suffering? Of course not, rather it is impossible and even a thousand times impossible that Allah the Almighty does not care about the believers, Allah the Almighty says:

"And to Allah belongs the Ghaib (unseen) of the heavens and the earth, and to Him return all affairs (for decision). So worship Him (O Muhammad) and put your trust in Him"

[Hud, 123]

The tyrant cannot escape from Allah's Punishment

When did Allah the Almighty order you to worship Him? It is after He reassured you that all your matters will return to Him, Allah the Almighty says:

"And your Lord is not unaware of what you (people) do."

[Hud, 123]

Also, if someone asks this question: Is the powerful tyrant able to do anything against Allah's Will? It is absolutely impossible, Allah the Almighty says:

" And let not those who disbelieve think that they can outstrip (escape from the punishment). Verily, they will never be able to save themselves (from Allah's Punishment)."

[Al-Anfal: 59]

The meaning of (outstrip) is that the powerful tyrant cannot do anything against Allah's Will, and this word also means that he is not able to escape from the Punishment of Allah the Almighty. This means that the Plan of Allah overcomes the plan of that tyrant, which was employed by Allah to the absolute goodness. In fact, the absolute evil; the evil which is intended for the sake of evil, does not exist because it contradicts with Allah's Existence, and this is the meaning of the noble ayah below in which Allah the Almighty says:

" Say (O Muhammad): "O Allah! Possessor of the kingdom, You give the kingdom to whom You will, and You take the kingdom from whom You will, and You endue with honor whom You will, and You humiliate whom You will. In Your Hand is the good. "

[Al-Imran, 26]

Allah the Almighty did not say: In Your Hand is the good and the evil, because giving the kingdom or taking it is goodness. " In Your Hand is the good. Verily, You are Able to do all things."
Dear brother, this noble ayah means that the powerful tyrant is not able to do anything against Allah's Will, and he is not able to escape from Allah's Punishment.

Man is created weak in order to resort to Allah

Actually, Allah the Almighty reassures the weak, He says:

"And We wished to do a favour to those who were weak (and oppressed) in the land, and to make them rulers and to make them the inheritors, * And to establish them in the land, and We let Fir'aun (Pharaoh) and Haman and their hosts receive from them that which they feared."

[Al Qasas, 5-6]

Imam Al-Hasan Al-Basri, who was one of the noble scholars who came after the companions, said that the oppression of the tyrant is one of Allah's tribulations to His creation which is not repulsed only by weapons, rather by repenting to Allah first, then by preparing the available power, as Saladin did, when he prevented what is bad first, then he faced the armies of the crusades, and defeated them. Actually, this is a great lesson for us against the Zionist enemy and sh3er which are many. Allah the Almighty says:

"The Hand of Allah is over their hands"

[Al-Fath: 10]

 Also, Allah the Almighty says:

"And you (Muhammad) threw not when you did throw but Allah threw"

[Al-Anfal: 17]

Thus, man was created weak in order to resort to Allah the Almighty out of his weakness, which will please him. Had he been strong, he would have been in no need of Allah the Almighty, so that he would have been distressed in misery.

The misconceptions which contradict the bases of faith

Dear brother, man oppresses his fellow creature when he thinks that he will not be held accountable for his deeds, when he thinks that he will not pay a heavy cost for that, and when he thinks that the powerful tyrant is the winner and the weak oppressed is the loser. In fact, this misconception causes a serious psychological situation which will lead him to lose his faith and to die as a disbeliever, Allah the Almighty says:

"Consider not that Allah is unaware of that which the Zalimun (polytheists, wrong-doers, etc.) do, but He gives them respite up to a Day when the eyes will stare in horror. "

[Ibrahim, 42]

 He also says:

"Does man think that he will be left Suda [neglected without being punished or rewarded for the obligatory duties enjoined by his Lord (Allah) on him]?*Was he not a Nutfah (mixed male and female discharge of semen) poured forth?* Then he became an 'Alaqa (a clot); then (Allah) shaped and fashioned (him) in due proportion.* And made him in two sexes, male and female.* Is not He (Allah Who does that), Able to give life to the dead? (Yes! He is Able to do all things)."

[Al-Qiyamah, 36-40]

Dear brother, this misconception contradicts the fundamental principles of faith, furthermore, it contradicts the Existence of Allah the Almighty.

Saying of Allah what you don't know misleads people

 Allah the Almighty says:

"Say (O Muhammad): "(But) the things that my Lord has indeed forbidden are Al-Fawahish (great evil sins, every kind of unlawful sexual intercourse, etc.) whether committed openly or secretly, sins (of all kinds), unrighteous oppression, joining partners (in worship) with Allah for which He has given no authority, and saying things about Allah of which you have no knowledge."

[Al-Araf, 33]

So, Allah has forbidden the great evil sins, unrighteous oppression, and joining partners in worship with Allah, and He considered the most serious one is to say things about Him of which we have no knowledge, because when you do that, and when you would make people despair of Allah's Mercy and Help, then what would you have done? You would have driven people to desperation, you would have misled them, and made them despair of His Help, which indicates disbelieving in Allah's Best Names and Virtue Attributes. The Prophet PBUH said:

((One of the signs of excellence of one's worship is thinking well of Allah.))

[Muslim]

So, every believer should be optimistic that Allah the Almighty will support him, the Prophet PBUH said:

((Help your brother, be he a wrong-doer or wronged”. Thereupon a man exclaimed, “O Messenger of Allah! I may help if he is wronged, but how could I help a wrongdoer?” The Prophet answered, “You must prevent him from doing wrong: that will be your help to him))

[Al-Bukhari]

The tribalism

There is another subject related to oppression, which is the tribalism. The Prophet PBUH defined tribalism as:

((To support your people even if they are oppressors))

[Abu Dawood]

Then the Prophet PBUH stated that whoever calls for tribalism, or fights for it, or dies for it is not a Muslim. The following Hadith includes one of the most serious warnings in the Prophet's method. The Prophet PBUH said:

((He is not one of us he who calls for tribalism) or who fights for it or who dies for it))

[Abu Dawood]

He PBUH said in another Hadith:

((A man will come on the Day of Resurrection taking another man's hand, he will say: O my Lord, this man had killed me. Allah the Almighty will say: why did you kill him, he will answer that he did so in order that the honor will be for so and so (out of tribalism) Allah the Almighty will say: It's not for so and so. Then the killer will be burdened with the sins of the killed ))

[An-Nasai]

((Once, the Prophet PBUH was asked: is it an aspect of tribalism to love your own people? He PBUH answered: No, but tribalism is to support your people even if they were oppressors))

[Ahmad]

 So, the Prophet PBUH said:

((He is not one of us he who calls for tribalism or who fights for it or who dies for it))

[Abu Dawood]

The prohibition of every kind of oppression

Dear brother, the teachings of Islam which are derived from the Noble Quran and the Prophetic strictly prohibit all kinds, causes and consequences of injustice

(( Abu Dharr, may Allah be pleased with him, transmitted that the Prophet PBUH narrated that Allah the Almighty said in Qudsi Hadith: O My servants, I have forbidden oppression for Myself and have made it forbidden amongst you, so do not oppress one another.
O My servants, all of you are astray except for those I have guided, so seek guidance of Me and I shall guide you. O My servants, all of you are hungry except for those I have fed, so seek food of Me and I shall feed you. O My servants, all of you are naked except for those I have clothed, so seek clothing of Me and I shall clothe you. O My servants, you sin by night and by day, and I forgive all sins, so seek Forgiveness of Me and I shall forgive you.
O My servants, you will not attain harming Me so as to harm Me, and you will not attain benefiting Me so as to benefit Me. O my servants, were the first of you and the last of you, the human of you and the jinn of you to become as pious as the most pious heart of any one man of you, that would not increase My Kingdom in anything. O My servants, were the first of you and the last of you, the human of you and the jinn of you to be as wicked as the most wicked heart of any one man of you, that would not decrease My kingdom in anything. O My servants, were the first of you and the last of you, the human of you and the jinn of you to rise up in one place and make a request of Me, and were I to give everyone what he requested, that would not decrease what I have, any more than a needle decreases the sea if put into it.
O My servants, it is but your deeds that I reckon up for you and then recompense you for, so let him who finds good praise Allah, and let him who finds other than that blame no one but himself.))

[Muslim]

Dear brother, the Prophet PBUH warned his people of being oppressors after his death, he PBUH said:

((Beware of injustice, for oppression will be darkness on the Day of Judgment; and beware of stinginess because it doomed those who were before you. It inauthord them to shed blood and treat the unlawful as lawful))

[Muslim]

In another Hadith, the Prophet PBUH said:

((Beware of injustice, for oppression will be darkness on the Day of Judgment, and beware of obscenity because Allah does not like obscenity and the obscene actions - that is the keenness to have power, wealth and to fulfill lusts, and beware of stinginess because it doomed those who were before you. It inauthord them to shed blood and treat the unlawful as lawful))

[Ahmad]

((Beware of injustice, for oppression will be darkness on the Day of Judgment, and beware of obscenity because Allah does not like obscenity and the obscene actions, and beware of stinginess because it doomed those who were before you. It inauthord them to shed blood and treat the unlawful as lawful, the a man asked the Prophet PBUH: O Messenger of Allah, which act in Islam is the best, the Prophet PBUH answered: ' It is when Muslims are safe from your tongue and your hand' then that man or another one asked: which migration is the best, he PBUH answered: to leave what Allah hates...))

[Ahmad]

Allah's Method is in harmony with human Fitrah

The absolute truth is that the Method of Allah (His Orders and Prohibitions) is in complete harmony with human Fitrah (innate disposition), Allah the Almighty says:

"So set you (O Muhammad) your face towards the religion of pure Islamic Monotheism Hanifa (worship none but Allah Alone) Allah's Fitrah (i.e. Allah's Islamic Monotheism), with which He has created mankind. No change let there be in Khalq-illah (i.e. the Religion of Allah Islamic Monotheism), that is the straight religion"

[Ar-Rum, 30]

Actually, when Allah the Almighty described our nation as the best of peoples, he explained the reason behind this preference which is the act of enjoining what is good and forbidding what is bad. Allah the Almighty says:

"You [true believers in Islamic Monotheism, and real followers of Prophet Muhammad and his Sunnah (legal ways, etc.)] are the best of peoples ever raised up for mankind; you enjoin Al-Ma'ruf (i.e. Islamic Monotheism and all that Islam has ordained) and forbid Al-Munkar (polytheism, disbelief and all that Islam has forbidden), and you believe in Allah. "

[Al-Imran: 110]

Because human knows by Fitrah what is good and what is bad, Islam was named: the religion of Fitrah, because the truth is what was properly transmitted, what was accepted by the clear mind and the pure Fitrah, and what was confirmed reality. So, unless we order what is good and prohibit what is bad, we will lose our superiority in the Sight of Allah, and we will become as any other nation which Allah does not care about, as it was said: they considered the Order of Allah is valueless, so they themselves became valueless in the Sight of Allah. When some people (the children of Israel) said:

"We are the children of Allah and His loved ones."

[Al-Maida: 18]

Allah the Almighty answered them:

"Say: "Why then does He punish you for your sins?" Nay, you are but human beings, of those He has created"

[Al-Maida: 18]

A Hadith confirms that Islam is the religion of Fitrah

Dear brother, the following Hadith confirms that Islam is the religion of Fitrah, one of the companions of the Prophet PBUH asked him:

((O Messenger of Allah, let my parents be sacrificed for you, tell us about something which we benefit from it after your death? He PBUH said: Seek help from yourself, he asked: How can I do so, he PBUH said: Leave what you have doubt about for things that you do not doubt, even if you heard too many Fatwas, he asked: How could I know that? He PBUH answered: Listen to your heart, as it feels at ease about the legal and does not be pleased with the illicit, and the pious Muslim avoids the minor sins out of fear of committing major sins, he said: let my parents be sacrificed for you, what is tribalism? He PBUH answered: to support your own people even if they were oppressors. He asked: who is the greedy? He PBUH answered: he is the one who seeks illegal gains, he asked: what is piety? he PBUH answered: it is to Leave what you doubt for things that you do not doubt., he asked: who is the real believer? The Prophet PBUH answered: he is the one whom people secure their money and family with, he asked; who is the real Muslim? He PBUH answered: he is the one whom people are safe from his tongue and his hand, he asked: What is the best form of Jihad? He PBUH answered: It is to say the truth in the face of a tyrant ruler))

[Al-Mujam Al-Kaber]

I say these words, and ask Allah the Almighty's forgiveness for me and you; so ask Him His forgiveness and He will forgive you, and you will gain a lot by doing that.
***

The second Khutba

Praise be to Allah, and I bear witness that there is no god but Allah, the Protector of righteous people; and I bear witness that Prophet Muhammad is His servant and His Messenger, whose character is exalted. O Allah! Bless sayyidina Muhammad and grant him peace, and to all of his Family and his Companions.

Types of oppression

Dear brother, the Prophet PBUH classified the oppressions in three types, he PBUH said:

((Oppression is of Three types; one which Allah does not forgivable, one which Allah forgives, and the oppression which cannot be neglected. The first type which Allah will never forgive is Shirk, Allah the Almighty says:" Verily! Joining sh3er in worship with Allah is a great Zulm (wrong) indeed."))

[At-Tirmidhi]

 Allah the Almighty says:

"Verily, Allah forgives not that partners should be set up with him in worship, but He forgives except that (anything else) to whom He pleases, and whoever sets up partners with Allah in worship, he has indeed invented a tremendous sin."

[An-Nisa, 48]

((...While the oppression which Allah forgives is the one that a person does upon himself and it is a sin between that person and Allah, while the oppression which Allah ‘takes away’ is that one that a person does by not repaying his debts))

[At-Tirmidhi]

So, There are three types of oppression, the Prophet PBUH said:

((Every sin of a martyr shall be forgiven except debt.))

[Muslim]

That is to show great interest in the rights of sh3er. In fact, whenever one of the Prophet's companions died, the Prophet PBUH used to ask whether the dead person had a debt before praying for him the funeral prayer, if yes, he used to ask his companions to pray for him, but he himself did not pray.
At the end, do you believe, dear brother, that the Prophet PBUH described the Muslim community after his death in the last age as an infidel society, which some people strike the necks of sh3er, he PBUH said:

((Do not return to being disbelievers after my death by striking the necks of one another.))

[Al-Bukhari]

In conclusion, as I mentioned earlier, the believer remains in good situation in the Sight of Allah unless he sheds blood.
