Dear noble brothers, Allah the Almighty says: 

﴾ Verily! We have sent it (this Qur’an) down in the night of Al-Qadr (Decree)*  And what will make you know what the night of Al-Qadr (Decree) is?* The night of Al-Qadr (Decree) is better than a thousand months (i.e. worshipping Allah in that night is better than worshipping Him a thousand months).﴿

A thousand months are about 80 years, and this is mostly the ultimate age man lives, except for rare cases when some people reach 90 or 100 years old, but the average age of man is between 60 and 70 years. 

This night is better than a life time spent in offering acts of worship completely, but without a just estimate of Allah, Exalted and Sublime be He, such as is due to Him.
