Dear noble brothers, there is forgiveness in Ramadan for the sins between you and Allah.

Therefore, I must perish the delusion most Muslims fell into. The debts, other people's rights and unfairly distributed heritages are not forgiven in Ramadan. You should give people their rights back or be forgiven by them.

As for the sins between you and Allah, they will be forgiven. Thus, it is a delusion that by fasting Ramadan, you will become as the day your mother gave birth to you, for this promise - given by the Prophet PBUH - is only for the sins between you and Allah. As for the sins between you and people, they will not be forgiven unless these people forgive you, or by giving their rights back.
