The health commandments of the Noble Prophet for Ramadan:
1- Suhur:
Dear brothers, I would like to mention some of the health commandments of the Prophet, peace be upon him, for Muslims when they fast. The Prophet, peace be upon him, said:
(Take Suhur, for in Suhur there is blessing.)
Scholars explained the blessing in this Hadith in two ways. They referred to it as a blessing in the worldly life, or a blessing in the Hereafter.
When one wakes up to have Suhur (an Islamic term referring to the meal Muslims have before dawn in Ramadan), he stays up till Fajr time, then he goes to the Masjid and pray.
As for the blessing of the worldly life, the one who has Suhur, would be able to do his daily tasks even if he has to accomplish exhausting tasks.
Actually, having Suhur is Sunnah, and it is recommended to delay it.
(My Ummah will continue to prosper as long as they delay As-Suhur and hasten the breaking of the fast.)
I would like to confirm that if man has his Suhur and sleep immediately, he would have digestive problems.
(Whoever prays Fajr in congregation and then sits to remember Allah till sun rises and then prays two Rak'at would have the reward of Hajj and 'Umra completely … completely … completely.)

In fact, doctors advise people not to go to bed after having Suhur immediately.
2- Having Iftar shortly after Maghrib time:
Dear brothers, the Prophet, peace be upon him, commanded us to have Iftar (the evening meal with which Muslims end their daily Ramadan fast at sunset) immediately after Maghrib Azan. The minute it is Maghrib time, fast ends whether by eating something or not.
The prophet peace be upon him used to break his fast with a few dates and some water, pray maghrib and then eat his iftar
In this case his hunger would be satisfied and he would eat moderately
3- Taking a nap:
Dear brothers, the Prophet, peace be upon him, commanded us to take a nap in order to be able to perform Taraweeh at night
(Take a short nap, for Devils do not take naps)
During Ramadan, if someone can take a nap for an hour before Maghrib time, immediately after 'Asr Salah or at nap time, this nap will help him pray 20 Rak'at in Taraweeh. The purpose of fasting is to be attentive during Salah,
