Question:
If a waman wakes up in one of the last days of her period and does not see any blood, can she intend to fast and takes her bath? or should she wait to see tuhr (sign of purity from menstruation) then performs gusl and fast? And if she sees tuhr at noon, can she continue her fasting and perform ghusl as she had the feeling that she would be pure from menstruation that day?
 Answer:
She must be sure that she has got pure from menstruation before fajr, if not she cannot fast that day. If she sees tuhr before fajr, she should intend to fast and she can postpone ghusl till after fajr to perform salat. On the other hand, if a woman sees tuhr during the day, she should perform ghusl for salat and she cannot fast that day.
