"O you who believe! Enter perfectly in Islam (by obeying all the rules and regulations of the Islamic religion"

In the Name of Allah, The Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Dear noble brothers, we are discussing a new lesson of this series about the Ayaat that start with, "O you who believe…", and the Ayah today is the following:

(O you who believe! Enter perfectly in Islam (by obeying all the rules and regulations of the Islamic religion) and follow not the footsteps of Shaitan (Satan). Verily! He is to you a plain enemy.)

[Al-Baqarah, 208]

There are about 170 Ayaat in which the issue of peace and submission to Allah are mentioned. Among these Ayaat is the following:

(And they say, "None shall enter Paradise unless he be a Jew or a Christian." These are their own desires. Say (O Muhammad PBUH), "Produce your proof if you are truthful.")

[Al-Baqarah, 111]

Muslims, who have fallen short in performing the acts of worship and following the Sunnah of the Prophet, peace be upon him, have the illusion that Jannah (Paradise) is for them only. So, the Divine response for their false claim, that they will be admitted to Jannah without paying the price for it, is in Allah's following Words:

(Say (O Muhammad PBUH ), "Produce your proof if you are truthful.")

[Al-Baqarah, 111]

Who deserves to be admitted to Jannah?

(Yes, but whoever submits his face (himself) to Allah (i.e. follows Allah's Religion of Islamic Monotheism).)

[Al-Baqarah, 112]

He is the one who submits himself to Allah the Almighty and acts upon His Orders. In this context, one of the most accurate definitions of worshipping Allah is: it is the end result of love to Allah and the end result of submitting totally to Him, Exalted and Sublime be He. Indeed submitting to Allah by acting upon His Orders and refraining from His Prohibitions is the true meaning of Islam (which literally means submission).
