Allah's Most Beautiful Names- Lesson (2):Allah's Name Al-Akram (Most Generous). How has Allah Al-Akram Honored us?

In the Name of Allah, The Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds, and peace and blessings upon our Master Muhammad, the Faithful and the Honest.

Allah's Name Ar-Razzaq (All-Provider):

Today, we are discussing Allah's Beautiful Name Al-Akram (Most Generous). How has Allah the Almighty honored us? He has honored us by teaching us eloquent speech. Allah the Almighty says:

(The Most Beneficent (Allah)!* Has taught (you mankind) the Qur'an (by His Mercy)* He created man* He taught him eloquent speech.)

[Ar-Rahman, 1-4]

By eloquent speech, people communicate with one another in a very exalted manner. Also, by eloquent speech you can express yourself; your thoughts and feelings.

Also, Allah the Almighty has honored you by granting you the blessings of existence, provision and guidance.

Allah is Al-Akram (Most Generous), and the word itself is a superlative adjective, which refers to Infinite Generosity. Furthermore, Al-Akram means that His Divine Bestowal is matchless, as He the Almighty has granted you the blessing of eternal existence.

Bear in mind that man's existence never ends  with his death, because death is just a stopping point in his journey to the Hereafter as it is indicated in the following Ayah:

(Everyone shall taste death…)

[Aal-'Imran, 185]

This means that man tastes death, but he never dies, and herein lies the difference between tasting death and dying. Allah the Almighty says:

(And they will cry: "O Malik (Keeper of Hell)! Let your Lord make an end of us." He will say: "Verily you shall abide forever.")

[Az-Zukhruf, 77]

Man was created to be immortal either in Paradise that is as wide as the heavens and the earth or in Hell-Fire with ongoing torment.

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds, and peace and blessings upon our Master Muhammad, the Faithful and the Honest
